Registration is online and you will need to enter your passport number and upload a clear copy of your passport biodata page. The passport must be valid at the time of registration and your Test Date. The same ID document must be presented on the day of the test.

Important notice to all test takers

You will need to specify what the test is for when you book your test. We strongly recommend that you check with the UK Visas and Immigration on the test that you will be required to submit for your application.

Refund and Cancellation

Transferring your Test Date

If you cannot sit the test on the date you applied for and want to transfer to another date, you must notify us five (5) weeks before the date of the test you have applied for. Please complete the Request for Test Date Transfer Form and email it to the IELTS Administrator.

If you do not notify us five (5) weeks before the date of the first test you will have to pay the full test fee for the new test. This rule applies regardless of when you applied for the test. Refer to the important dates information for alternative test dates.

Cancelling your Application

You need to notify us at least five (5) weeks before the test date. Please complete the Request for Refund Form. and email it to the IELTS Administrator. If you notify us in less than five (5) weeks before the test, you will not receive any refund. If you do not come to the test on your scheduled date, you will not receive any refund, unless you can provide a medical certificate to show you were unfit to sit the test on that day.

There is a $135 administration charge if you cancel your application. For queries please email the IELTS Administrator.

 

Remark - Enquiry on Results (EOR)

Candidates may apply for an enquiry on results (EOR) within four weeks of the date of issue of the results .

The test papers are sent to a senior IELTS examiner for an independent remark. Please note it can take up to 7 weeks to process a remark.

If your remark is successful, we will issue you a new Test Report Form. Your marks will either stay the same or increase. We will not change your marks if the senior examiner rates you lower than the original examiner

Fees

The fee for enquiries on results is FJD266. It is the same price for both a full remark (all four modules) and a partial remark (any one module or combination of modules).

If there is an increase in any band score, your full fee will be refunded.

How to Apply for an EOR

1. Fill in the EOR request form.

2. Submit EOR form and your original Test Report Form to the IELTS Administrator.

3. Pay the EOR fee.
