Complaints on or after test day

Candidates can make a complaint about the administration of the test, either on or after test day. Complaints must be made before test results are released. Any complaint made by a candidate will be recorded using the Complaint Form for Test Takers.

If the complaint is made on test day, the IELTS Administrator, Test Day Supervisor or Chief Invigilator will give the candidate a complaint form to complete at the end of the test session.

If the complaint is made after test day, the candidate must complete a Complaint Form, and send it to info@ches.ac.fj.

Processing your complaint

After we receive your complaint, we will send it to IDP IELTS Australia for their consideration.

Results cannot be issued until the complaint has been investigated and resolved to the satisfaction of IDP IELTS Australia. No complaint can be processed after your results have been released.
